I'm hoping to continue the course now that I've finished my applications and know where I'm going, but work keeps getting in the way.

I would LOVE to write a book; it is my dearest (and sort of secret) ambition, as I'd suspect it is for many students of literature.

-CNCatherinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02307127409197679428noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3276695652136499377.post-66933477451471356922011-04-15T14:55:09.332-07:002011-04-15T14:55:09.332-07:00Hello, this may seem kind of weird but I'll tr...Hello, this may seem kind of weird but I'll try to explain how I ended up reading your blog and liking your posts! Well, I'm going to do a master's in language and literature (I have to travel in August) so my intention is to do some research on my own before traveling because I'm a teacher and not really a literature specialist. Somehow like you, I got to "Open Yale Courses" and I really liked the introductory lectures (I like Prof. Fry's teaching style) so then I wanted to read the articles he'd mentioned in his class, so I googled "The Elevation of the Historicality of Understanding to the Status of Hermeneutical Principle" and just by pure chance I was directed to your blog and I started reading your post on Hermeneutics and I really liked your description, but then I read some of your previous posts and it's funny because that's the way I feel sometimes about literary theory, you don't know where to start or perhaps if you really understand or interpret what you're reading, etc. Your stories are really interesting so maybe your compile them and write a book someday! I hope everything is ok! Best, JoséJosé luishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07356791432502123616noreply@blogger.com
